PRESET FAQS

Presets are like custom filters applied using Adobe Lightroom, a photo-editing tool that is available on desktop and mobile. You can also use them in Adobe Camera Raw.
A preset pack contains a collection of presets with advanced and pre-set settings that can be applied to your images. Using presets speeds up the editing process and can help you cultivate an aesthetic that you love and help your images to all look cohesive.
They can be used by professional photographers and anyone that loves taking photos and wants to have a little more consistency and efficiency in the editing process… and who doesn’t want that!

DESKTOP VERSION - If you edit on your desktop in either Lightroom Classic or Lightroom CC, the desktop pack is the one for you. The desktop presets are compatible with Adobe Lightroom and ACR. (You must be running Lightroom Classic CC version 7+ and/or Lightroom CC version 1.3+ to use the desktop presets).
MOBILE VERSION - These presets are compatible with the free Lightroom mobile app which you can download in the app store. These presets are the best choice if you do not have a paid Lightroom Classic subscription.

If you have the desktop presets and a paid Lightroom subscription, you can install the presets on your mobile phone. You do not need to purchase the mobile presets separately. You need to download / open Lightroom CC (Lr) on your desktop computer. This is the cloud version of Lightroom and if different to Lightroom Classic (LrC). Open Lightroom CC and click on File > Import Profiles and Presets > find and choose the Story Keeper presets ZIP file. Your presets are now installed in the cloud version of Lightroom.
Sign in to to the same Adobe account in Lightroom on your mobile phone or iPad and make sure sync is turned on (the cloud in the top right). Your presets will sync across all devices. You are only able to sync across devices if you have a paid Lightroom subscription. If you don’t, then the mobile specific presets are the best ones for you.
